LastikPro, lastikçi ve oto servis işletmelerinin stok, satış, müşteri ve servis kayıtlarını yönetmesi için SBZ Media tarafından geliştirilen bir işletme yönetim uygulamasıdır. Bu metin, LastikPro'nun Android ve iOS uygulamalarında hangi verilerin, hangi amaçla işlendiğini açıklar.
Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, LastikPro mobil uygulamasının (Android ve iOS) ve bağlı olduğu lastikpro.sbzmedia.com servisinin kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini kapsar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında veri sorumlusu SBZ Media'dır.
LastikPro; bir lastikçi/oto servis işletmesinin (mağazanın) yetkilendirdiği personel tarafından, o işletmenin kendi ticari verilerini yönetmek için kullanılan bir iş uygulamasıdır. Uygulamaya genel halkın kaydolabildiği bir "üye ol" ekranı yoktur — hesaplar yalnızca merkezi yönetim tarafından açılır.
LastikPro nedir
Uygulama; stok ve depo takibi, marka/lastik kartları, tedarikçi ve müşteri kayıtları, satış ve servis fişleri, depozito işlemleri ile mağazalar arası veri senkronizasyonunu tek bir hesap altında yönetmenizi sağlar. Her işletme (mağaza), verileri diğer işletmelerden izole tutulan kendi kapalı veri alanında ("tenant") çalışır.
Toplanan veriler
a) Hesap bilgileri
Uygulamayı kullanan personelin adı, e-posta adresi, şifresinin geri döndürülemez (hash) hâli, rolü ve bağlı olduğu mağaza bilgisi.

Bu veriler işletmenizin mülkiyetindedir; SBZ Media bunları yalnızca hizmeti size sunabilmek için barındırır ve işler.
c) Teknik veriler
Oturum açma zaman damgaları, IP adresi, hata/erişim günlükleri (log) ve senkronizasyon durumu — hizmetin güvenliği ve arıza tespiti amacıyla sınırlı süreyle tutulur.
d) Cihaz izinleriyle elde edilen veriler
Aşağıdaki §04'te detaylandırılan kamera/galeri ve bildirim izinleri kapsamında elde edilen fotoğraflar ve bildirim (push) belirteci (token).
Cihaz izinleri
LastikPro, yalnızca aşağıdaki işlevleri yerine getirmek için cihazınızdan izin talep eder. İzin vermemeniz hâlinde yalnızca ilgili özellik çalışmaz; uygulamanın geri kalanı etkilenmez.
Kamera ve fotoğraf galerisi
Bir ürüne, lastiğe veya servis kaydına fotoğraf eklemek istediğinizde kamerayı açmak veya galeriden fotoğraf seçmek için kullanılır. Fotoğraf yalnızca siz eklediğinizde alınır ve ilgili kayda iliştirilir.
Anlık bildirimler (push)
Stok, satış veya senkronizasyonla ilgili bildirim gönderebilmek için Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) ve Apple Push Notification service (iOS) aracılığıyla cihazınıza özel, kimliğinizi doğrudan içermeyen bir bildirim belirteci üretilir ve sunucularımıza kaydedilir.
Kullanım amaçları
- Hesabınızla kimlik doğrulama yapmak ve oturumunuzu güvenle sürdürmek,
- Mağazanızın stok, satış, müşteri ve servis kayıtlarını saklamak, listelemek ve cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek,
- Talep ettiğinizde anlık bildirim göndermek,
- Hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı ve hatalı erişim denemelerini tespit etmek,
- Teknik destek taleplerinizi yanıtlamak.
Verileriniz reklam amaçlı profilleme, üçüncü taraflara satış veya pazarlama iznine tabi olmayan paylaşım için kullanılmaz.
Hukuki sebep
Kişisel veriler, KVKK m.5/2 kapsamında; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması (hizmet aboneliği), veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi ve meşru menfaatleri (hizmetin güvenliğinin sağlanması) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Kamera ve bildirim izinleri, açık rızanız ile etkinleştirilir ve istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından geri alınabilir.
Paylaşım ve aktarım
Verileriniz, yalnızca aşağıdaki hâllerde ve yalnızca gerekli ölçüde paylaşılır:
- Barındırma sağlayıcısı — uygulama sunucularının ve veritabanının barındırıldığı hizmet sağlayıcı,
- Bildirim altyapısı — bildirim belirtecinin iletildiği Google (FCM) ve Apple (APNs) servisleri; bu aktarım yurt dışına veri aktarımı niteliğinde olabilir,
- Yetkili merciler — yasal bir yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi veya resmi bir talebin karşılanması gerektiğinde.
Verileriniz hiçbir şekilde reklam ağlarına veya veri simsarlarına satılmaz ya da kiralanmaz.
Saklama süresi
İşletme verileri, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap kapatma talebinde bulunduğunuzda, mevzuattan doğan saklama yükümlülükleri (örn. ticari defter ve belgeler için öngörülen süreler) hariç olmak üzere veriler makul bir süre içinde silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Teknik erişim günlükleri en fazla 12 ay saklanır.
Veri güvenliği
Uygulama ile sunucular arası tüm iletişim HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Şifreler geri döndürülemez biçimde (hash) saklanır ve oturumlar belirteç (token) tabanlı kimlik doğrulama ile yönetilir. Her mağazanın verisi diğer mağazalardan mantıksal olarak ayrıştırılmış ortamlarda tutulur. Erişim, yalnızca yetkilendirilmiş personel ile sınırlıdır.
Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Çocukların gizliliği
LastikPro, işletme personeli tarafından kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmış bir iş uygulamasıdır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 18 yaşından küçük bireylerden veri toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika, hizmetteki değişikliklere veya mevzuat güncellemelerine bağlı olarak zaman zaman revize edilebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde, sayfanın üst kısmındaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler ayrıca uygulama içinden duyurulur.

LastikPro is a business-management app built by SBZ Media for tire shops and auto-service businesses to run their stock, sales, customer and service records. This notice explains what data the LastikPro Android and iOS apps process, and why.
Scope & controller
This Privacy Policy covers the LastikPro mobile app (Android and iOS) and the lastikpro.sbzmedia.com service it connects to. The data controller is SBZ Media.
LastikPro is a business tool used by staff authorized by a tire shop or service business to manage that business's own commercial records. There is no public "sign up" screen — accounts are provisioned only by central administration.
What LastikPro is
The app lets a shop manage stock and warehouse tracking, brand/tire catalogs, supplier and customer records, sales and service tickets, deposits, and multi-store synchronization under one account. Each business (shop) operates in its own isolated data space ("tenant"), kept separate from every other shop.
Data we collect
a) Account data
The name, email address, irreversibly hashed password, role, and shop affiliation of the staff member using the app.
b) Business and customer data your shop enters

This data belongs to your business; SBZ Media hosts and processes it solely to provide the service to you.
c) Technical data
Login timestamps, IP address, error/access logs, and sync status — kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
d) Data from device permissions
Photos and the push-notification token obtained under the camera/gallery and notification permissions described in §04.
Device permissions
LastikPro only requests the permissions below, and only for the stated purpose. Declining a permission simply disables that one feature — the rest of the app keeps working.
Camera & photo library
Used to open the camera or pick a photo from your library when you choose to attach an image to a product, tire, or service record. A photo is only captured when you initiate it, and is attached to that record.
Push notifications
To send you notifications about stock, sales, or sync events, a device-specific push token — which does not itself identify you — is generated via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and stored on our servers.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure,
- Store, list, and sync your shop's stock, sales, customer and service records across devices,
- Send push notifications you've enabled,
- Keep the service secure and detect abuse or unauthorized access attempts,
- Respond to your support requests.
Your data is never used for ad profiling, sold to third parties, or shared for marketing you haven't consented to.
Legal basis
Under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) art. 5/2 and equivalent bases elsewhere, we process data because it is necessary for performing the service contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Camera and notification access are enabled by your explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time from your device settings.
Sharing & transfer
Data is shared only in the following cases, and only to the extent necessary:
- Hosting provider — the infrastructure that hosts the app's servers and database,
- Notification infrastructure — Google (FCM) and Apple (APNs), which deliver push tokens and may involve a cross-border data transfer,
- Authorities — when required to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful request.
We never sell or rent your data to ad networks or data brokers.
Retention
Business data is retained for as long as your account is active. Once you request account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally mandated (e.g. statutory bookkeeping periods). Technical access logs are kept for at most 12 months.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed, and sessions are managed with token-based authentication. Each shop's data is logically separated from every other shop's. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Your rights
Consistent with KVKK art. 11 and equivalent rights elsewhere (e.g. GDPR), you may ask whether your data is being processed, request information about that processing, learn its purpose, learn which third parties it was shared with, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and request that those actions be communicated to any third party the data was shared with.

Children's privacy
LastikPro is a business tool intended for use by shop staff and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
Changes
We may revise this policy from time to time as the service or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision; material changes will also be announced within the app.
